Key Responsibilities
Architect Integration Blueprints: Design and architect end-to-end integration blueprints connecting internal proprietary AI co-workers and data platform services directly into Salesforce Agentforce environments. Optimize AI Frameworks: Apply advanced engineering frameworks to select the most optimal integration pattern, balancing transaction throughput, reasoning latency, and operational costs. Enforce Decentralized Structures: Design decentralized micro-agent structures to prevent monolithic reasoning engines and enforce strict governance guardrails. Package Semantic Tools: Package complex backend processes into semantic tools for AI agents using Invocable Apex methods and Salesforce Flows. Data Orchestration: Coordinate high-scale, real-time data synchronization across distributed cloud systems. Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) that seamlessly map High-Level Requirements against technical realities. Security & Governance: Establish strong authentication boundaries and data governance filters to protect critical corporate assets. Must-Have Skills Enterprise Architecture: 8+ years of proven experience in Enterprise System Architecture and Integration Engineering.
