Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex financial operations in a fintech environment. You will be responsible for handling multi-currency payroll, financial reporting, and compliance, while driving process improvements and enhancing internal controls. Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto payroll processing. Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and maintain accurate accounting records. Perform reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support preparation of financial reports. Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure accounting compliance, support VAT/tax processes, and coordinate with auditors. Drive accounting process improvements and support automation initiatives.
Requirements
Strong accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and corporate tax principles. Experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills. Experience with multi-currency accounting and HRIS systems. Experience working with auditors and managing financial risk. Strong background in expense validation and financial data accuracy. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different jurisdictions. Excellent communication skills for working with external parties. Proactive problem-solving mindset.
