Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Technical Setup Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Availability Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer volume. Preferred Skills A "Customer Obsessed" mindset—you enjoy helping people and solving puzzles. Strong "Computer Fluency"—comfort switching between multiple browser tabs and software programs quickly.
