What You Will Be Doing Maintain a world class team by ensuring team members embrace Vertech culture and core values, maintain relevant technical skills, partnership with HR on hiring and performance management processes, and more Ensure your automation team stays profitable through oversight of key projects your team members are involved in Ensure the efficient use of Vertech team members across projects Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability of solutions for customer Team members maintain technologically current and relevant skillsets. Team is adequately staffed with the right skill-sets for current and upcoming projects. What You Need for this Position Bachelor of Science in an engineering related field (or 3 years of related engineering experience) Fifteen years’ technical experience Seven years’ experience in industrial automation 3+ years of leadership experience, accountable for the success of a team of direct reports Knowledge of controls/SCADA in a data center environment is a plus
