Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive background investigations, including address history traces, social security number validations, and database searches. Research and retrieve records from federal, state, and county court systems. Analyze and interpret criminal background checks and other licensing requirements. Communicate professionally with sources via phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance standards. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Ability to obtain Basic FCRA Certification (training provided). Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow detailed procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.). Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy. Must have a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet and a wired (Ethernet) connection.
