Job Title: C# with Golang Developer Location: 100% remote - PA Type: W2 Only Client : Testing Experts/Draft kings Job Description: 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in GoLang. Strong expertise in Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, streaming, schema registry, etc.). Hands-on experience implementing GoLang-Kafka integrations in AWS. Strong experience with MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization, replication). Deep knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM. Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and fault-tolerant solutions. Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using GoLang.
- Implement and optimize Kafka-based event streaming architectures.
- Build and manage GoLang-Kafka integrations deployed in AWS environments (EKS, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
- Design and maintain relational database schemas and optimize MySQL queries for scalability and performance.
- Develop real-time data pipelines for high-throughput and low-latency systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and highly available in AWS.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of distributed systems and databases.
- Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and architecture reviews.
