Cell/Molecular Biologist (Stem Cells) [$40 - $60/hr] Role Responsibilities
- Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development
- Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design
- Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems
- Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer
- Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements
- Stay current with emerging trends in stem cell and molecular biology to inform project goals and training content
Good Candidature
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
- Solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques
- Familiarity with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context
- Proven attention to detail with a commitment to scientific rigor and data integrity
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment
