Client Account Manager

Description of the role: The Client Account Manager at Preferred Care at Home of Champlain Valley offers an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Vermont. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, coordinating, and managing care services for our clients. This is a base + commission role where you will be managing a number of client cases to ensure successful delivery of care for a diverse client base. You will be the primary contact for our clients and client's family members throughout the time that care is provided. Responsibilities: Coordinate care services, ensuring the needs of all clients are met Supporting the creation and maintaining client care plans Use software scheduling program to efficiently schedule the complex week to week calendar for caregivers Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth and effective care management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services Handle any client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy Answer calls and texts promptly and courteously in a professional manner. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues while working remotely from home.
