Responsibilities
- Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project.
- Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize the profit of the project.
- Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines.
- Act as a role model for the company’s vision and values.
- Build, supervise & lead teams.
- Manage the construction package elements of the procurement process.
Qualifications
Compensation: $102,000-$130,000 / year, commensurate with experience. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management. What's in it for you?
