Construction Project Coordinator
Project Description: Crux Subsurface, is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator based out of Spokane Valley, WA. This role supports active foundation and geotechnical construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance. This is a field-forward position. You'll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide on multi-week assignments. When you're not in the field, you're based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered. This role is a direct path to Project Manager. What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience
- 3+ years in project coordination or engineering
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Cost tracking experience in Excel
- Familiarity with a PM platform (Procore or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 50–75% on multi-week deployments
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance Provided with Premium Cost Share between employer and employee. 401k and Roth contribution with company match eligibility.
