Content Moderator – Home-Based Role with Training

Job Summary

• Progressive Technology is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderators to join our remote team. This home-based role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining online quality standards by reviewing, filtering, and approving content across various digital platforms. • Key Responsibilities
• * Monitor and review user-generated content on websites, apps, and social media.
• * Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content.
• * Approve, reject, or escalate content as per platform guidelines.
• * Maintain content quality and compliance with brand tone and safety.
• * Provide timely and accurate feedback on reported issues.
• * Collaborate with team leads and escalate trending issues.
• * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent written and reading comprehension skills in English.
• * Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• * Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• * Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience
• * No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.
• * Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or digital operations is an added advantage.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible work schedule (4 to 8 hours/day based on your availability).
• * Shifts available: Day, Evening, and Night (Rotational options offered).
• * Weekend and holiday work may be required based on platform demand.

• * Familiarity with content moderation tools or dashboards (preferred but not mandatory).
• * Awareness of online trends, cultural sensitivities, and potential violations.
• * Ability to manage large volumes of content while ensuring accuracy.
