Key Responsibilities

  • * Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
  • * Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for product or service enhancements.
  • * Uphold company policies, service standards, and data privacy regulations in all interactions.
  • * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and politely.
  • * Basic knowledge of customer support systems, CRM tools, or helpdesk software.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of chat/email inquiries efficiently.
  • * Adaptable, patient, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience
  • * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is preferred.
  • * Experience handling chat and email support specifically is an advantage.
  • * Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or knowledge management platforms is desirable.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position with flexible remote hours.
  • * Primarily based on Germany time zone; may require occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on business needs.
