We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a mission-driven medical technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes—especially for those with undiagnosed sleep-related health issues. In this role, you'll support healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams with top-tier customer service and technical assistance. You’ll play a critical role in helping people get access to life-changing diagnostic tools, all while working remotely from the comfort of your home. What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for medical device products and services.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product issues.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Educate customers on product usage and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home workstation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Must be available to work between 7:00am and 8:00pm (schedule may vary).
