: $250k - $350k /yr Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Security Engineer to work on a full-time basis. This highly sought-after professional will design and evolve the security foundations of an innovative, AI-native organization. As a key member of the core team, the successful candidate will ensure the secure development and deployment of AI models that impact industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. With a focus on forward-thinking security, this role will play a critical part in enabling the organization to stay at the forefront of AI innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust security architectures for AI-native applications, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI models that meet the highest security standards, leveraging expertise in security governance, zero-trust detection, and AI-enabled defense.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities related to AI systems, staying up-to-date with emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize expertise in IAM engineering and as-code principles to ensure secure access control and authorization for AI models and data.
• Drive the implementation of security best practices and standards across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing secure infrastructure for large-scale AI applications, with a strong understanding of security governance, zero-trust detection, and AI-enabled defense.
• Excellent IAM engineering skills, with expertise in as-code principles and secure access control and authorization for AI models and data.
• Strong understanding of AI-native security threats and vulnerabilities, with the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
