About the role: Design Draftsman Part Time - 20 hours per week Up to 12 Months Cayce, SC / Columbia, SC - Local / Remote Key Responsibilities: This position would provide drafting services to our two measurement engineering employees. The typical process would be our measurement engineers provide a high-level isometric drawing and the drafter would convert this to a fabrication drawing. Lead, collaborate, or work with multiple teams, including diverse teams Qualifications: Engineering Tech (2-year) degree (not required, but preferred) 8-10 Years experience CAD drafting abilities (AutoCAD)2) Experience in utility, plant, or industrial environment3) Accountability and ownership of their role and how that fits into our station projects Basic knowledge of drafting principles. Full knowledge of computer skills for CAD system. Full knowledge of math and mechanical, electrical or civil drawings. Basic knowledge of company mapping methods. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.00 - $35.00.
