We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Golang development expertise, deep experience in Kubernetes, and solid Linux/Bash administration skills. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and automation systems while contributing to backend service development. You will work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve system reliability, and ensure efficient deployment of cloud-native applications.
What You'll Do
Work with clients designing, developing and configuring systems to improve and automate the day-to-day operations of their development environment. Develop and maintain backend services, tools, and automation frameworks using Golang Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and delivery Write and maintain scripts using Bash (and other scripting languages as needed) Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems in production environments Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability Ensure security best practices are applied across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner What You'll Bring 5 + years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles Strong programming experience in Golang Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, networking, troubleshooting) Proficiency in Linux system administration Strong scripting skills in Bash Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) What’s Nice to Have Experience using databases such as Postgres and Redis Understanding of security best practices in cloud-native environments Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experient is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
