We enable a future-ready workforce that drives agility, trust, and speed across the ETS organization. The Director, Tech Workforce Strategy serves as a trusted advisor to the CIO and SLT. This role leads the design and execution of enterprise workforce strategies and operates at the intersection of strategy, talent, and operations. This role shapes the operating model by advancing AI-enabled workforce planning, and embedding intelligent, data-driven decision-making across ETS advancing AI-enabled workforce planning, and embedding intelligent, data-driven decision-making across ETS.
