About the job Entry-Level Travel Advisor (Remote) About the Role: We are looking for motivated and service-minded individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll help clients research, plan, and book their travel experiences while gaining valuable skills in the travel industry. No prior experience is required we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Research destinations, activities, and promotions to customize trips
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed on travel policies, trends, and industry updates
Qualifications
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
