Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, checking in passengers, and assisting with baggage handling
• Operating loading bridges and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of aircraft
• Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery

What You Need to Succeed
