Key Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Customer Support Representative for American Express, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting cardholders with account inquiries, billing questions, and resolving technical issues
  • Educating cardholders on American Express products, services, and benefits
  • Investigating and resolving cardholder concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Documenting all interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer relationship management system
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support delivery

Requirements
