Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and drive content development. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and drive content development
- Analyze user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify trends and opportunities for content development
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
- Experience with statistical analysis and AI techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Nice to Have
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
