Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator (Typing) at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
  • Navigating multiple computer systems and applications to access and update data
  • Documenting each contact in a database to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or
  • Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Active Public Trust Security clearance
  • Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
  • Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm) Monday through Friday, based on business needs

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with data management systems and software, including knowledge of database design and development
