The Job
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our subscribers via phone and email
- Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns
- Developing and implementing creative solutions to improve customer experience and engagement
- Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and growth
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 4+ years of events experience ideally from media outlets that incorporates making due, executing, arranging and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization or with a brand (insight in film or TV grants campaigns is a reward)
- A self-starter who can work freely, and under tension, while reliably practicing savvy instinct in any event, when confronted with vagueness
