Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our technology team. As a key member of our innovation office, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Work part-time as an innovation investigator understudy in the innovation office, collaborating with teams across the organization

• Participate in group projects, including air tasks, client and business, framework and services, and people and finance
• Assist in testing and quality assurance of applications used by airline staff and pilots
• Conduct business analysis, process modeling, and improvement to drive business growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop quality technical solutions
• Manage time periods for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation teams
• Participate in framework and acceptance testing
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or information technology)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Essential knowledge of technical climate
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator internship experience within the past year (desired)
• Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition (desired)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with agile methodologies

• Knowledge of project management procedures
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and web development
• Experience working in a culture that values open, direct, respectful, and empathetic communication
