Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Part Time Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
  • Clarifying orders as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to general inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and order details.
  • Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service and technical support.
  • LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Great telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
