Full-Cycle Accountant | $80/hr Remote
Position: Accounting Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50 - $80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow and expense tracking to support financial performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial workflows and improve processes.
- Present financial insights clearly through reports and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in accounting and finance management within a remote or digital environment.
- Proficiency with Akaunting or similar cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
