Hospice Chaplain (Hybrid)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Daily Responsibilities: Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs Offer solution-focused brief therapy and family therapy sessions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop holistic care plans Facilitate group counseling sessions and psychotherapy sessions Required Skills: Experience in mental health counseling and clinical social work Strong ability to conduct psychosocial assessments and intake assessments Knowledge of grief counseling and family counseling techniques Excellent patient interaction and communication skills Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification Nice to Have Skills: Experience in art therapy, music therapy, or behavior analysis Background in psychiatric nursing or applied behavior analysis Ability to perform clinical assessments and behavior analysis Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation packages, flexible schedules, and mileage reimbursement for travel.
