Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee and support our HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily human resources operations and HR team activities.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Support performance management, training, and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analysis for management.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive company culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources management or HR operations required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent management practices.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
  • Experience in employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
