• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
• Assist with check-in procedures, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Resolve passenger concerns and issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Position: Flight Attendant Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with passenger needs.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
• Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Height and weight proportionate to maintain safety standards.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Position: Pilot Key Responsibilities:
• Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning.
• Communicate with air traffic control and ground personnel. Requirements:
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
