• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-up, and updating client records accurately
• Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable Medicare plans and supplemental insurance options

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand customer base and enhance service delivery

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement
