What You'll Do
As a Member Services Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for members, ensuring they receive accurate information, exceptional service, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with members virtually through Zoom and other online platforms Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage options, and available programs Assist members with applications and required documentation Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support Build strong relationships through professionalism and consistent communication Maintain accurate records and member information Resolve concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities What We Offer 100% Remote Flexibility Work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
