The Operations Coordinator will work with the staff of CLEAResult Nashville residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, scheduling evaluations and inspections with customers, and other duties as assigned. Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing Verifying and organizing documents Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality. Exporting predesigned reports Handling inbound or outbound emails and voice calls from customers Staff meetings and other program support Special projects In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 2-4 years experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience Attention to detail Strong communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Remote Work Requirements: Stable Internet connection Environment: Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions Target Compensation $20.39/ hour DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation

Range $17.75 - $25.05Currency USDType Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
