PART-TIME DATA ENTRY & QA ASSOCIATE (Einstein Tester) J Turner Research is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry & QA Associate. This person should have experience with Data Entry and quality assurance responsibilities DESCRIPTION The Data Entry & QA Associate is responsible for auditing, validating, and improving J Turner Research’s proprietary AI engine that analyzes online resident reviews. This role ensures our AI accurately categorizes reviews into 22 multifamily-specific operational categories and correctly assigns positive and negative sentiment to each resident “thought.” You’ll be the human intelligence behind our artificial intelligence—spotting errors, identifying patterns, improving training data, and helping ensure our insights are trustworthy, consistent, and actionable for clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Audit AI-categorized online reviews for accuracy across 22 operational categories
- Validate positive and negative sentiment assigned to each resident comment or “thought”
- Correct misclassifications and sentiment errors within the system
- Identify recurring errors or blind spots in AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and future model iterations
- Maintain high-quality standards and consistency in review interpretation
What Success Looks Like
- High accuracy and consistency in AI categorization and sentiment scoring
- Clear documentation of edge cases and recurring AI challenges
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Ability to interpret nuance, tone, and sentiment in resident feedback
- Comfort working with AI tools, dashboards, and large volumes of text data
- Familiarity with multifamily, property management, resident experience, or customer feedback analysis
- Analytical mindset with a practical, operational lens
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, detail-oriented work with consistency
