Part-Time Enrollment Coordinator ( evening/weekends) Advanced eClinical Training (ACT) Part-Time | Remote 20–25 Hours Per Week Compensation: Up to $25/hour Role Overview Advanced eClinical Training (ACT) is seeking a reliable, student-focused Part-Time Enrollment Coordinator to support our enrollment and student communication operations during evenings and weekends. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students by handling inbound calls, emails, text messages, and CRM inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. This position also provides overflow support during ACT’s busy enrollment seasons and may grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. Core Responsibilities Student Communication & Enrollment Support

  • Answer inbound phone calls from prospective and current students
  • Respond promptly to emails, text messages, chatbot inquiries, and CRM communications
  • Develop deep knowledge of ACT’s pre-health student audience and confidently communicate how ACT programs support direct patient care experience, medical/PA school applications, and healthcare career advancement, including what differentiates ACT from competing programs
  • Provide accurate information regarding:
  • Programs and enrollment
  • Course timelines
  • Student expectations
  • General student support questions
  • Maintain professional, empathetic, and timely communication with students
  • Document all student interactions accurately within CRM and communication systems
  • Escalate complex student issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Support overflow communication coverage during high-volume enrollment periods
  • Assist with general enrollment coordination and administrative support tasks as assigned

Schedule Requirements Candidates must be available to work a combination of evening and weekend hours, including: Required Availability

  • Weekdays:
  • 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Weekends (preferred coverage):
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Schedule flexibility may vary slightly based on enrollment volume and team needs. What Success Looks Like

  • Students receive fast, professional, and supportive responses
  • Communication backlogs are minimized
  • Calls, emails, and messages are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Students feel informed and supported throughout the enrollment process
  • The enrollment team receives dependable overflow support during peak periods

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with students over the phone throughout the shift
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and manage a high volume of communications
  • Reliable, responsive, and self-motivated while working remotely

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service, admissions, enrollment, student services, or call center experience
  • Experience using CRM systems, Zendesk, or LMS platforms
  • Experience working in a remote environment preferred
