- Flexible schedule Overview We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help follow up with inbound leads and past customers. Your role is simple reach out, start conversations, and get customers scheduled. This is not a cold sales role. People you contact have already shown interest or worked with us before. Schedule
- 1.5 to 2 hours per day
- Typically between 430pm–630pm
- Flexible within that window Responsibilities
- Call and text new leads who requested service
- Follow up with leads we haven’t connected with yet
- Reach out to past customers to get them back on schedule
- Book appointments for estimates or service
- Log activity in ServiceMinder Pay
- $15–$18 per hour
- + $15 per booked appointment Can easily earn an additional $50–$150 per week in bonuses What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable talking on the phone (this is the most important)
- Clear communicator, friendly but direct
- Reliable and consistent (shows up every day)
- Organized and able to follow a simple process
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience is a plus What This Job Is NOT
