Responsibilities
The Project Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities to ensure the profitability throughout a project's lifecycle. In addition, you will: Liaison between the National PMO and all our Operations offices across the country to solicit specific, complete feedback on time, every time Broadcast critical documents and reports to our Operations teams throughout the country Collaborate with team members to peer review reports, provide constructive feedback, and modify to a high standard of data accuracy and consistency Primary lead with beta testing applications and security protocols with our external customers Collect specific internal contact information and provide it to our customers, as requested Maintain accurate, up-to-date contact information for all our Operations teams Assist with requests to provide data and reports Perform light data analysis Assist with the development and maintenance of all internal documentation on our processes Handle other projects/responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
About You: You reside in MST or CST time zone You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have impeccable follow-through on every assignment You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are a self-starter with a desire to grow You have an aptitude for data analysis Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and an advanced Excel user Experience using AI tools to streamline operations Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives Able to work remotely Telecom industry experience preferred 3 years of professional experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience Compensation of $65,000-$75,000 annually.
