Project Controls Scheduling Lead

About the role: As a Lead Scheduler you will plan and schedule through the production schedules. In addition to being a lead contributor, you will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others. You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and other functional organizations. The Project Scheduler has developed depth of expertise in this discipline and has broad knowledge of other disciplines. You will report to the Director of Project Controls. You will be fully remote. Key Responsibilities: Resolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes, their own experience, operational and supervisory expertise Have in-depth knowledge of work processes within Project Controls / Scheduling and knowledge of the related disciplines Apply technical and managerial expertise to improve the effectiveness and provide guidance to employees in Project Controls / Scheduling Resolve operational, customer, employee or technical problems that influence the effectiveness of Project Controls / Scheduling Explain difficult issues and obtain agreement Anticipate internal/external business issues Develop solutions and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational goals Take leadership role; act as a facilitator Coordinate work outside own area of expertise Coordinate work activities with other team members Qualifications: 10 years of project controls experience within the industry with increased levels of complexity. We may consider 5 years in a technical/engineering lead role, and 5 years of project controls experience as equivalent. Lead, influence, and solve high-level problems. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year #LI-Remote Why Westinghouse?
