[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities
- Strong full-cycle AP experience
- High-volume AP processing (500 invoices per month, including entry, approvals, and discrepancy resolution)
- 2/3 Way Matching in NetSuite
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Proficient in Excel: vlookups and pivot tables
- Oversee the AP inbox and invoice uploads
- Corporate credit card review and reconciliation
- Expense report auditing
Skills
