[Remote] Change Management Consultant

Drishticon Inc is a Silicon Valley-based IT consulting and technology solutions company specializing in enterprise ecommerce and digital transformation. They are seeking a Change Management Consultant to oversee activities that drive culture changes and support leaders in achieving sustainable performance improvements through organizational readiness assessments and change recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams
- Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders
- Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in: Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Development or Business Transformation
- Experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and impact analysis
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Retail Experience is a Plus
