[Remote] Clinical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Barrington James is working with a boutique CRO seeking a Clinical Project Manager for a fully remote role. This individual will lead end-to-end clinical trial management across Phase I–III studies, ensuring high-quality execution while managing timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical trial management across Phase I–III studies, taking full ownership from start-up through close-out
• Ensure high-quality execution across multiple functions and vendors while driving study timelines and deliverables
• Oversee vendor and CRO coordination
• Provide cross-functional leadership across clinical operations, data, statistics, medical, and regulatory teams
• Manage small, high-performing site networks
• Deliver in high-enrolling studies with strong operational intensity

Skills

• Lead end-to-end clinical trial management across Phase I–III studies
• Full ownership from start-up through close-out
• Ensuring high-quality execution across multiple functions and vendors
• Driving study timelines and deliverables in complex, fast-paced environments
• Clinical project management (start-up through close-out)
• Vendor oversight and CRO coordination
• Cross-functional leadership across clinical ops, data, stats, medical, and regulatory teams
• Managing small, high-performing site networks
• Delivering in high-enrolling studies with strong operational intensity
• Strong exposure in Post-operative pain studies
• Strong exposure in Psychiatric indications
• 5+ years experience in CRO environments
• Strong end-to-end clinical trial ownership
• Small CRO Experience
