[Remote] Contract Marketing Manager

Healthworx Studio is a healthcare-focused venture studio that builds and backs early-stage companies solving meaningful problems in care delivery and patient experience. They are seeking a Contract Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for two distinct brands, Polaris Sleep and Springside Infusion, focusing on both patient and provider audiences. The role involves campaign execution, content production, and collaboration with leadership to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop patient- and provider-facing marketing strategies for both brands, tailored to each audience, competitive landscape, and growth objectives
- Recommend campaign priorities against allocated budgets, with clear rationale tied to pipeline and patient acquisition goals
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to portco leadership, bringing both creative vision and analytical discipline to recommendations
- Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting patients and referring providers across digital, paid, social, email, and local/community channels
- Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and external vendors or freelancers as needed
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, communicating learnings clearly to stakeholders
- Lead content production for both brands: blog posts, patient education materials, provider-facing collateral, social content, and more
- Develop and execute a content strategy supporting each brand's AEO and GEO goals, ensuring content surfaces in AI-assisted and voice search environments
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance across all patient- and provider-facing materials
Skills
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in consumer healthcare, health services, or a related regulated industry
- Experience marketing to both patients and healthcare providers (physicians, specialists, care coordinators)
- Familiarity with modern content marketing practices including SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-assisted discovery
- Strong independent project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Prior contracting or consulting experience
