Job Summary

careerzynith is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional service and support to our customers, working from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking and changing flight reservations
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing information on flight schedules, fares, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience
  • Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
