Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within company databases and computer systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files when required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data-focused role is preferred. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
