They are seeking a Director of Royalty Models and Operations to lead the development and execution of royalty distribution models, with a focus on emerging AI-related licensing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of royalty distribution models across a diverse portfolio of licensing programs
- Oversee royalty methodologies, data collection and analysis, review and analysis of model results, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy, transparency, scalability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external experts and stakeholders to enhance systems, tools, and methodologies
Skills
- MBA, or Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical, modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation capabilities
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex distribution, compensation, royalty, or financial allocation models
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Experience overseeing operational processes, workflows, and resource planning in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills
