[Remote] EPIC Beaker Analyst

NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to support, configure, and optimize the Epic Beaker application for laboratory operations. The role involves collaborating with laboratory and clinical teams to enhance workflows, troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and ensure efficient system performance.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic Beaker CP/AP modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Support laboratory workflows, test catalogs, and result reporting
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
- Troubleshoot application and interface issues
- Provide end-user support and training
- Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and IT stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Epic Beaker experience
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and LIS systems
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and system support
- Epic Beaker CP and/or AP Certification preferred
- HL7/interface knowledge
- Healthcare IT implementation experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Epic Beaker CP/AP Certification (Preferred/Required)
