Remote Event Experience Manager

Our client is a leading innovator in the hospitality and tourism sector and is actively seeking a highly creative and organized Remote Event Experience Manager. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing exceptional virtual and hybrid event experiences that delight attendees and achieve client objectives. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for creating memorable digital and blended event strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage end-to-end virtual and hybrid event strategies, from ideation to post-event analysis. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audiences, and desired outcomes. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, technology providers, and external vendors. Develop engaging content strategies, speaker management plans, and interactive elements for virtual events. Oversee the technical aspects of virtual event production, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters. Develop comprehensive event run-of-shows, staffing plans, and contingency measures. Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and data to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in virtual and hybrid event management. Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Ensure a consistent and exceptional attendee experience across all virtual touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a significant focus on virtual and hybrid events. Demonstrated success in designing and executing engaging online experiences. Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo) and related technologies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong budget management and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in event experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as dictated by event schedules.
