Description:
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects and book qualified appointments.
- Follow established scripts and sales processes to secure appointments.
- Log calls, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Work scheduled calling hours while managing a full-time remote workload.
- Coordinate appointment-setting efforts for licensed sales agents.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience.
- Recent phone-based appointment-setting experience in field or virtual sales.
- Must reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- High-speed computer or laptop; Google Chromebooks are not accepted.
- Headset required.
- Experience in inbound-only or customer service roles is not sufficient.
- Must be able to work within assigned calling windows.
