Remote Freelance Shopify Developer – E-Commerce Setup & Support
Job Summary: HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and self-driven Freelance Shopify Developer to support our clients in launching and optimizing their e-commerce stores. This is a remote, project-based opportunity ideal for developers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work directly with businesses to build high-converting, mobile-responsive Shopify stores, troubleshoot issues, and customize functionality to suit each clients needs. Key Responsibilities:
- * Develop, design, and customize Shopify themes based on client requirements.
- * Set up new Shopify stores including product uploads, payment gateway configuration, and integrations.
- * Optimize e-commerce websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
- * Implement custom features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with store functionality or user experience.
- * Integrate third-party tools and Shopify apps to enhance store capabilities.
- * Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- * Provide post-launch support and store maintenance as required.
- ✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:
- * Proficiency in Shopify platform and Liquid templating language.
- * Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
- * Experience in custom theme development and third-party API integrations.
- * Familiarity with Shopify apps and extensions.
- * Understanding of UX/UI principles for e-commerce.
- * Knowledge of SEO best practices for online stores.
- * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience:
- * 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Shopify platform.
