[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

Connect-AI is supporting a specialist strategic intelligence business seeking a senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Sanity CMS experience. The role involves taking ownership of the Sanity CMS environment, improving its implementation, and enhancing the application architecture while working closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- You will take ownership of the Sanity CMS environment and its integration with the wider platform
- Designing and improving Sanity schemas, document structures and reusable content models
- Supporting and enhancing Sanity Studio for internal editors and content teams
- Improving editorial workflows, publishing processes and structured content management
- Working with GROQ and Sanity APIs to deliver content into web and application experiences
- Supporting preview, validation and content governance workflows
- Ensuring Sanity integrates cleanly with the ASP.NET Core API layer and front-end applications
- Maintaining and improving the public website and client portal
- Developing and supporting backend services using ASP.NET Core, .NET and C#
- Delivering Angular and TypeScript improvements
- Supporting PostgreSQL and AWS Aurora database workflows
- Improving platform stability, performance, observability and deployment reliability
- Supporting Auth0, SendGrid and third-party integrations
- Mentoring junior developers and improving internal engineering capability
- Helping transition technical ownership away from external agencies
- Contributing to roadmap planning and prioritising improvements based on commercial impact
