[Remote] GCP Network Architect

Insight Global is seeking a GCP Network Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud-native network architectures. This role emphasizes the Google Cloud Platform and involves driving network strategy for SaaS platforms, collaborating with various teams to establish best practices and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable, cloud-native network architectures across multi-cloud environments
- Drive the network strategy for SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability, multi-tenant isolation, zero-trust principles, and seamless integration with modern application patterns such as microservices, containers, and API-driven services
- Partner closely with engineering, security, and business teams to define secure engineering practices, establish reference architectures, and enforce policies and standards
- Lead incident response efforts, mentor engineers, and contribute to long-term strategic planning, innovation, and research in next-generation network and security technologies
